4. Methods of Shipment
All New Zealand parcels are sent via overnight courier (NZ Couriers) with track and trace.
Overseas items are sent via standard airmail. Insurance and tracking are only available for parcels valued over $300 NZD or weighing over 2KG. For express shipping - Please e-mail us for a quote.

6. Missing Parcels
If you have not received your parcel within the delivery time frame specified above, you must contact us immediately on +64 09 2759916 or admin@naturalsexpills.net.
Please note that all claims outside of 30 days from initial dispatch will not be considered.
7. Return & Refund Policy
All returns must be received by us within 30 days of initial dispatch. If we have sent you an incorrect item, we will send you the correct item along with a courier ticket for return.
If you decide you no longer require a product or have ordered an incorrect item, we will provide you a refund excluding shipping and handling fee. Please ensure all returns are packaged adequately as refund will not apply on damaged items. We are not responsible for any additional freight costs incurred.
If your parcel has been returned to us due to an incorrect address or inability to collect it from the post office, we will provide you a refund excluding shipping and handling fee. We are not responsible for any additional freight costs incurred.
Once your return has been received, a credit or refund will be issued within 30 days and an e-mail confirmation will be sent. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.
Non Returnable and Refundable Products:
- All products listed as clearance items (with a short product expiry).
- A product with a clear statement displayed on its page as non refundable for your health and safety protection.
- Lost products caused by improper delivery due to incorrect addresses and postcodes provided by the customer. Our address labels are automatic and any error in the input of delivery address is the customer's responsibility.
- Prohibited items that are detained or confiscated at your own customs. Please check your country's customs and duty laws before purchasing.
Stock Unavailable:
In the case you place an order for product that subsequently becomes unavailable or there is a delay in delivery, we will contact you via email and phone within 24-48 hours to advise you of the situation and the options available to you. You may wait until the product is available or replace the product with a substitute product (the order total will be confirmed and adjusted), unless otherwise instructed.
In other case where you would like to purchase a clearly stated the out of stock situation product, you may email us and we will contact you immediately once it becomes available again. |
